Join us this week to celebrate Robert Burns Day

Robert Burns Day is held in honour of Scotland's most famous poet Robert Burns on his birthday, 25 January each year.

The poet move to Edinburgh, aged 27, where he wrote one of his most well known pieces, Ae Fond Kiss for Agnes, who he had a passionate affair with.

Robert Burns has many connections with Scotland’s Capital, which our tour guides can share with you.

Look out for Burns related points from your tour bus including his monument on Regent Road which overlooks the cemetery of Canongate Kirk, the White Hart Inn where he stayed, The Writers’ Museum on Lawnmarket which is home to his writing desk and The National Museum of Scotland where there is a set of pistols once owned by him.

Our bus tours leave from Waverley Bridge daily from 0900.

See you onboard.
