• Edinburgh Castle is open seven days a week – Edinburgh Bus Tours ticket sellers will book your timed entry when you validate your e-ticket.
• The Palace of Holyroodhouse is closed on the following dates:
  • Thursday 15 May – Saturday 24 May 2025 – entry to The King’s Gallery and a Palace Guidebook are offered as an alternative to Royal Edinburgh Ticket customers.
  • Thursday 26 June – Friday 4 July 2025 – entry to The King’s Gallery and a Palace Guidebook are offered as an alternative to Royal Edinburgh Ticket customers.
• Palace of Holyroodhouse is CLOSED TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY each week and no alternative is offered (open 7 days 25 May – 8 Sep only). Head in with your Royal Edinburgh Ticket – no pre-booking required.
• The Royal Yacht Britannia is open 7 days. Head in with your Royal Edinburgh Ticket – no pre-booking required.
