Terms and Conditions
Tour Ticket vouchers must be used within 6 months of purchase.
- Tickets are non refundable.
- You will receive a confirmation email containing your ticket vouchers. Store them on your mobile device ( print only if you prefer) as they will need to be presented to our team and scanned to obtain your valid tickets.
- Vouchers can be exchanged with our ticket sellers on WATERLOO PLACE - the main tour departure point or on board any of our city tour buses.
- Please take care of the tickets you receive as no replacements will be issued for lost tickets.
- Vouchers and the associated tickets are issued subject to the Company’s Conditions of Carriage.
- Edinburgh Bus Tours and its agents will only use the information you supply to process your purchase. We will not pass any information you supply to anyone else.
- Royal Edinburgh Ticket – tickets are valid for 48 hours from first use. Valid on City Sightseeing Edinburgh, Edinburgh Tour and Regal Tour and include one entrance to each of:
- Edinburgh Castle (timed entry slot required for Edinburgh Castle, our ticket sellers will arrange this for you when you exchange your pre-paid ticket or buy a Royal Edinburgh Ticket from them)
- The Palace Of Holyroodhouse
- The Royal Yacht Britannia
- City Tour – tickets are valid for 24 hours from first use on ONE of City Sightseeing Edinburgh, Edinburgh Tour and Regal Tour.
- Grand 24 – tickets are valid for 24 hours from first use on ALL of City Sightseeing Edinburgh, Edinburgh Tour and Regal Tour.
- Grand 48 – tickets are valid for 48 hours from first use on ALL of City Sightseeing Edinburgh, Edinburgh Tour and Regal Tour.
