The Edinburgh bus tour was an experience to behold. Brian, our guide, was fantastic! Great sense of humour and thoroughly entertaining. What a fabulous duo Sherice and Jonny make! Both so welcoming and Jonny with his fabulous commentary peppered with a great sense of humour. As a first visit to Edinburgh this was the best way to see the city, I will definitely be back and hope that Jonny and Sherice will be on the next tour I do! We did the Edinburgh tour. It's nice that you get to hear different delivery styles - we had 4 guides over the day; Mike twice, Andrew and Scott. The delivery was mostly about the guide's personal experience with a bit of humour, other times it was facts about the location. For example, we went past the same location 3 times over the course of the day and got three different insights. On a fabulous Sunday in early September, it wasn't too busy at all and were were able to sit up top in the open air. Reviewed September 2023. The Edinburgh City Tour bus was clean and expertly driven by Gloria, who was also joyously interacting with our incredible live tour guide Jonny. Jim, the guide, and John, the driver, were excellent hosts on the Green Route bus tour we took. Jim is very amusing with anecdotes and jokes while keeping us informed of all the sights we can view as we move along. The upper deck views are excellent and the tour was unhurried - there were lots of halts along the way to admire the beautiful architecture of Edinburgh and take photographs. We did a complete circuit and Jim demonstrated a remarkable knowledge of the best bars and restaurants! Reviewed August 2023 I went on a bus tour today in Edinburgh. The guide Louise, a lovely South African lady, was fantastic. She really made the tour worth my while. The information was clear and fun. The bus was also comfortable and I could hear the guide perfectly. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Edinburgh. It gives you a great understanding of the city and what it’s all about. Highly recommended!
