Victoria Quay is a Scottish Government building situated in Leith.

About

The building was set on redeveloped dockland and housed parts of what was then known as the Scottish Office. With the advent of parliamentary devolution in 1999, these office became part of the Scottish Government. Opened by Queen Elizabeth in 1996, the building launched Leith's regeneration programme, new luxury flats, bistros, bars and restaurants followed.
