Holyrood Distillery is Edinburgh's first single malt distillery in the heart of Edinburgh for nearly 100 years. Opened in 2019, join a tour to hear the history of the distillery and see whisky being distilled. A chance to test your nose with the array of flavours that go in to creating Edinburgh’s newest whisky.
